Personally Id prefer to change all of 10.2.1 (6 to 9/3) and
10.2.1 (11.2/3 to 11.4/2) to ;

I thought about that, but I didn't want to make unnecessary changes (and make
myself unnecessary work). Specifically, that would make the AI look like it
changed a lot more text than it really does. (And such a change surely doesn't
meet Bob's test - would it change the behavior of any user or implementer?)

> 10.2.1(6-9) end with a period. So 10.2.1(9/3) should not be changed
> (lest it be the only bullet ending with a ';').

> Interestingly, the pure bullets 10.2.1(15.2/2 - 15.4/3) do end with
> ';', so the end of 10.2.1(15.5/3) should in fact be changed from '.'
> to ';'. I love how consistent we are in the RM. ;-)

Apparently this is an ARG rule: Even the short ARG Charter alternates
between "." and ";" in the enumerations. :-)
